Tobacco Testing

In terms of chemical composition, the quality of tobacco is mainly shaped by the nicotine content and the presence of pesticide residues. QACSFOOD’s laboratories have many years of experience and are specialized in carrying out the demanding determinations for tobacco quality control.

Nicotine content is a quality characteristic of tobacco. Nicotine is alkaloid nitrogenous compound of tobacco. As a pure chemical it is highly toxic and requires careful handling.
