Laboratory Testing Facilities
QACSFOOD labs, are equipped to ensure sample preparation, grinding, separation and homogenization. A number of laboratory devices of all types, multiple Soxhlet arrays, Kjeldahl distillers and bench equipment is in place. The chemical lab, is fully equipped with a variety of techniques and detectors such as GC, GC-MS, HPLC, LC-MS / MS, AAS, ICP, UV / VIS. Equipment for shelf life & stability tests is also available. Climate chambers, texture analyzer, oxidation analyzer (Rancimat), imaging techniques (Videometer) are also available to test your products. Biological tests are performed in fully equipped laboratories of microbiology and molecular biology. Sensory testing is provided in appropriately designed areas.
