QACSFOOD Lab provides chemical, microbiological, residues, packaging and molecular testing services, to support the Food, Feed, Pesticides & Environmental industries. We do so by following current regulations, applying innovative technologies and using state-of-the-art equipment. QACSFOOD is accredited according to ISO 17025 for the provision of testing services.

    • Established in 1925 the Lab was founded by Kostas Makris and has been providing Food Testing solutions to the Food, Feed and Packaging industries for 100 years.

  • In 2001 the Lab was named ΕΡΓΑΝΑΛ and was managed by Gr. Ntokos and K.Tortopidis.

  • In 2015 ERGANAL was transferred to Ch.Tsitouris and D.Melissos, founders and owners of QACS Ltd and was renamed to ERGANAL, member of QACS.
  • In year 2015 ERGANAL, member of QACS was accredited under ISO 17025

ERGANAL, member of QACS, has grown steadily over the years, with a focus on providing exceptional laboratory testing services for the food and packaging industry and now serves Greek and EU clients.

  • In 2021 ERGANAL, member of QACS, finalized its cooperation with the chemical laboratories Poulimenakos which have been active for over 50 years in the food sector.

  • In 2023 QACS, acquired AG.EN.T Laboratories, established in 2001 by a team of scientists with multi-year experience in the field of chemical analyses of food products. AG.EN.T has had an active presence in Quality & Residues testing.
  • The Lab is now operating under the brand name QACSFOOD

  • Today, the Lab operates under the brand name QACSFOOD and continues its mission on being your accredited testing partner for Food and Packaging solutions by utilizing cutting-edge technology, expert analysis, and superior customer service to ensure the safety and quality of products.
